AWICS is a management consultancy and training company established in 1998 and led by Adrian Waite, a CIPFA-qualified former local authority finance director. It provides training courses, seminars, webinars and publications, consultancy in finance, management and policy, business planning, service charge advice, interim management and independent tenant advice. Clients include central government, local authorities, housing associations, universities and voluntary bodies.
