North Lakes Physio

North Lakes Physio is a physiotherapy clinic at the North Lakes Hotel on Ullswater Road, Penrith, with a second clinic at Sedbergh Medical Centre. Treatment covers back, neck, shoulder, knee and ankle pain, tendinopathy, sciatica, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, using manual therapy, mobilisation, taping, movement and gait analysis, exercise therapy and sports massage. The clinic also offers clinical personal training and programmes for people with Parkinson's disease. The Penrith clinic is open weekdays from 7am to 9pm.
